Return Policy
At Wolte, We respect our Direct Sellers, consumers and direct sellers and we have made a hassle free return policy related to our products, but at the same time to keep a check on vexious returns, we have framed a guideline in this behalf:
- 1). Products qualify for return can be returned within 12 days of buying
- 2). Products are qualified for return if they have been provided to you in damaged or tampered conditions or is different one from specified in description. (Please go through details on the Companies web page).
- 3). You will have to ensure that the product to be returned in it’s original condition, in which it’s delivered to you.
- 4). For smooth return please follow the below mentioned procedure:
Submit your query at 8303978400 Mentioning brief detail of the product, the defect or damage and allow us 2 working days to revert on to that query.

As soon as we receive the product after following the prescribed procedure, you will be notified by Wolte Marketing through sms/email or other means.
Refund Policy :
After successful completion of return procedure, we will notify you through sms/email and we will immediately raise refund ticket which will be resolved in prescribed time period .
Refund may take 10-12 days of Raising Refund Ticket from our side.
Any other charges associated with the product will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy :
Order placed may be cancelled before shipping of the product/s.
Once the product have been shipped by us, or by any franchise or depot, the order can’t be cancelled.
As per our shipping Policy, Wolte marketing will ship the product successfully ordered within 24 hours and we will put our best effort to make it available to the Consumer/ Direct Seller as soon as possible.
